Computer help

I just got my computer all set up and hooked up, and I try my first boot. Windows starts to load at the loading screen, and it just sits there for about 10 seconds, and a reaaaally brief blue screen pops up then the computer restarts. I was wondering if anybody would be able to track down what the problem might be.

EDIT: It goes into safe mode fine.

1) are you doing a freah install on that HD or did you pull it from one computer into a new build wihtout doing a fresh install? If you did, XP Will BSOD becasue of driver conflicts for new hardware. Tell me more about what you just did. New build with old hd etc.???
