mobo sucks, what brand is the ram, the CPU is good, wheres the decent quality psu? are you sticking with the 350W for a 6800GS  and its one of those that come with a case. Get a decent mobo, MSI, DFI, gigbyte. And the hdd and optical drive is ok

If i was you i wouldnt limit yourself to one site. Look around for an idea of components:
CPU: Athlon 64 3000+ or higher (3200/3500/3700)
Graphics: nvidia 6800 / ati x800gto/xl
RAM: Corsair Value select prolly the way to go. 1 GB (2x512mb) is alot better than just 512mb.
Power supply: Any major name just make sure its not generic. Go for 20A at least on 12V (look it up)
Hardrives: theres not much difference in the major ones, depends how much storage you want, 200GB is plenty. SATA rather than IDE. Just the cache size (place for the last things you did so they can load quickly). 8MB is good 16MB is found on larger drives 2MB on 80GB drives and less - mostly.
Motherboard(mobo): Asus/Abit/MSI/Gigabyte are all good, gotta spend like $90US.Gotta have SATA for SATA harddrives/and PCI-E for a PCI express graphics card. Its newer and futureproofed, the 'older' format is AGP. Again the motherboard must have this for an AGP graphics card.
Hope that kinda gives you a bit of an idea, i tried :(
