Cannot install update..

Hi, when I try to install the following update:"Security Update for Outlook 2003 (KB892843)", it says it was unable to be successfully installed. I tried many times but it still is like that. I even tried downloading it manually from Microsoft.com and installing from the folder I download, but it still doesn't work.
Anyone know what to do?

Do you get an error ? Have you tried reinstalling outlook completely?

which version of outlook are you using? outlook 2003?

outlook 2003.

Am I able to just remove outlook without removing Microsoft Office 2003? I don't see Outlook in my add/remove programs list.

You can first try repairing outlook through the Help menu. If that does not work check the outlook directory in the office folder. You can also repair Outlook by sticking in the office disk.


Do you get an error when trying to install the update ?

what is the security update for? You might not need it, you can select to not download it in the customize section od the download
