USB Problems

Every once in a while when I boot the PC, the mouse doesnt come on, and I have to unplug the USB cable and put it back in to make it work. Also, I can't seem to figure out how to get the USB 2.0 drivers installed? I have tried installing them off the eVGA Driver cd supplied with my board, and that did nothing, and I have tried un-installing and re-installing the drivers, and still I keep getting the message, "this hardware could work faster on a USB 2.0 device.... ect..... " Any ideas?

I am current on all of my updates, and I know that the Mobo manual specifically mentioned updating to Service Pack 2 before installing the drivers.

Same as i said to another user, go to Device manager and see if theres a yellow exclamation point next to your USB controller. If there is, then click on it, go to the Drivers tab, and click Update Drivers. Itll search windows for the drivers and installthem. (SP1 and 2 come wit the drivers)
