Um, first of all, this is definatly a power supply issue.
Second, I wouldnt even be worried about the 200Watts as i would what kind of voltage readings that thing puts out.
I bet it does about 10A@12v+. You should have AT LEAST 20A!
Unplug any unneccisary fans, CD roms, harddrives, or really anything using a 4-pin Molex connecter and try again, that should decrease your usage of the 12v rail, and should keep you up for a while.
BUT GET A NEW PSU. You put your components in danger doing that.
