What happens to computers overnight?

I turned off my pc and turned it on in the morning to play video games and the blue screen of death came up so I restarted and it came up again so I ran a virus scan, spyware scan, defragged my hard drive, used the chkdsk feature and nothing worked so I reformated my harddrive!!!

This happens alot that the blue screen of death comes up and I can't get rid of it!!!

Generally indicative of a hardware driver conflict. Have you added or significantly changed any hardware? You have reformatted and are you still getting BSOD?
