Desperately needs help

You may need to flash the BIOS... I don't see why, considering your board says it supports all 3 Gb's, but considering all 3 sticks work by themselves, it may need an update.

Are each of the sticks exactly the same? Same timings also?

3GiG is useless really. But that's besides the point.

correct all the 3 sticks are the same.

Have you made an BIOS changes at all ? You may need to reset it. Does your DIMM light turn on ?

all my lights turn on and no changes to my bios have been made.

Anymore tips or ideas ? The 3gb of ram really helps out because I don't reboot my pc and windows tends to run not so great with the amount of ran I have now.
