Im pretty sure the SATA150 means that its transfers data at 150mb/s and then the 3.0gb/s transfers data at 300mb/s. Yea that one u have chosen seems fine, make sure it will work on ur mobo tho.

Well when I move to watercooling I plan to not have any case fans.
Say for instance, when booting windows, how long would it take on a 7,200 rpm sata hard drive, as opposed to a raptor? I still can't decide wether or not to get one.
