Help me decide on graphics card for my celeron

yes, that's higher performance ram if it really is 256 bit memory.

thanks for the feedback guys, i decided to go with the eVga because I don't think that the BFG really has 256bit memeory becasue its 3d fusion by BFG which is their value brand.

Final question when I install it do I just put it in the PCI slot then set my Bios to PCi then install the drivers for it?

first you need to disable any onboard video card.
if you do something wrong, take out the battery to reset the BIOS

yes, before you put it in you need to uninstall your current videocard drivers. Than disable onboard PCI video in your BIOS.

but if I uninstall my onboard graphics drivers won't I be unable to see anything when I want to get in to the bios?

I would say the Nvidia GeForce 6200 its a pretty decent video card and it should run fine on that

well I already decided on the fx 5500 because I only have PCI and I found a guide on how to install it on the internet so thanks for the help guys!
