What are you going to do with all those fans? There is only one spot for a fan on that case and its already filled. They would be useless unless you plan on modding it so there are more holes.

no theres room for a fan behind the hard drive bays, and then you can put two fans into the air duct that comes with the case.

One last question will the power supply that comes with the case be able to handle everything?

i've got the exact same system as you practically (except for RAM and an Opteron) and its been fine for me so far. antec makes good PSUs, so 450w should be enough.
