it's completely unstable

As you can see my system from below, it is completely unstable...I was just wondering, would it be the CPU or I don't have the correct chipset drivers or etc. I have re-install so many times but the result is still the same. I have encounter new problem, I cannot set my CPU to 133MHz, it hangs, but works find in 100MHz. The computer always hung and I'm having a strange problem with my keyboard. I just wanna share the problem with y'all.

make sure your useing 133 mhz memory (266 DDR). If the memory isn't 133, you won't be able to set the FSB at 133.

starting from the basic , did you check your power supply

what do I need to check more?...I didn't even think about that. Yea, my first power supply died so I got a new one 8 months ago.........I didn't take a time to understand power supply......So I don't know how to troubleshoot.
