Won't Post

Hi all. Question: looking at a friend's PC, it will not POST. It turns on, the outside power supply fan does not spin, but the other power supply fan inside does spin. No hard drive activity, no cdrom activity. The CPU fan is turning but nothing else is working. Pulled out the RAM, video card and all other cards and still won't POST. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Thanks.

I would say its the power supply.If one of the fans isnt working thats not a good sign...

if the PC is getting power, it should be able to POST unless there is something else wrong

You need both fans on your P/S !!!
Fix that problem first.........
What is the model # of the P/S ???
