i have service pack 2 and my firewall acting weird in which i cant acces shareaza

when i click turn off the firwall it doesnt trns it off in menu still says on.... how can fix this

i ran spyware programs but nothing changed

open xp firewall, go to exceptions and make sure it is checked...

have you restarted shareaza? I use limewire and wether my firewall in on or off, limewire still says it is on

no but i am talking about firewall window in windows
like try to go security center it shows up

automatic updates On
windows firewall ONN ( click off still stays ON)
virus ONN

I was talking about windows firewall also. try another psp program and see if you can access it
