Is this a good Heatsink and fan?

I don't have any experience with it, but the 200+ 5 star reviews on Newegg should say something.

I predict it's very average. I bet as far as reliability goes, it's great. But don't expect huge overclocks with a P4 with a simple heatsink fan setup. Those prescotts get hot.

Yea like Ryan said, it's average, you wont get any huge overclocks with that heatsink. What cpu do you have?

okay, as long as you're not trying to do any drastic overclocks, it will definately do the job of the retail one. Possibly slightly better. Good buy for a simple replacement.
