Well...my pc just doesn't make the cut anymore... I need to do a bit of an upgrade for it to work with Battlefield 2 and I'd like to see if these parts will work with my mobo...

Ram: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=10794&vpn=KHX2700K2/1G&manufacture=Kingston
CPU: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?affiliateid=1158819&sku=14036&promoid=1046
Vid Card: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=17284&vpn=128-P1-N320-LX&manufacture=eVGA

Oh, and I have an OLLLLLLLLD mobo, it's called a "ASUS P4S333" :amazed:. Which means nothing to me at all...all I know is that the Video card fits into the PCI slots I have (I think), and the ram suites the pc2700 that the User Guide says. As for the cpu, I have no clue if it will work or not. So, any clarafications for these parts are greatly welcomed. So are suggestions to other parts (must ship to canada hah)

That CPU wont fit it. Thats a Socket LGA775, yours is a Socket 478.

I don't think that video card will be worth it. It's PCI. PCI sucks. PCI-express rocks.

And you don't have dual channel memory slots.

I recommend you get a new mobo, an AMD athlon 64 (socket 939), and dual channel 512MB DDR400 (PC3200), and a decent PCI-Express video card.

How much would a half-decent mobo cost? If you could recommend a good one, that isn't too expensive, I'll find some parts that will fit with it, and ask again...
