Demo Builder is a good program, but it doesn't create a video, it creates an editable Flash movie that you can insert comments and instructions into. Its not free, but you can DL it and get a 15 day trial.

I used camistia, it works well enough..., I made a photoshop demonstration, and I want to post it in the "Web Graphics, design, digital images Introduction"

but... now I need a place to uplaod an 18MB avi that can be viewed and downloaded...

or at least viewed

any suggestions?

it does, but only for 30 seconds unless registered...
