I have a sokcet A rig right now but my mobo is crappy. It only has agp 4x and i have an 8x 6600. It also only supports pc2700 and i want 3200. Last it is WEAK for overclokcing. I have a Sempron 2800 and i have around 100-120 dollars to upgrade. I kind of wanted to get a new mobo and some ram. I don't want to buy a s939 mobo bcuz i am planning on getting a job in the summer and then i wil upgrade to a 939 or if the M2's are out then those. I have a mATX case so my mobo has to be mATX. Can anybody suggets me a good socket A mobo that has agp 8x, pc3200, and is good for overclocking. Here is two that i kind of liked.

I searched newegg... no mentionable results. Out of the 2 you posted, I choose the MSI. They're usually strong quality parts.

I am going to buy an ATX mid tower case so now i can get a full ATX mobo. These are two i was thinking of. Is it really bad to buy refurbished mobo's? Since it is socket A a lot of more variety is in the refurbished center.

This one can have pc3200 dual channel and agp 8x and nf2 chipset

They both have similar features but one is refurbished and one ins't. Should i go with the better brand but refurbished, or the new mobo with an average brand?
