i have a mercury pro cle266m-l mainbord with onbord via c3 2000+ processor. i have used bios agent e & it show that the
maximum possible speed is 3000mhz. is it possible to increase its cpu speed.

If you can access the CMOS and Change the Clock frequency then yes you can increase the speed. Buts its alot more involved and complicated then that.
