Hello.

I have been looking for cooling methods and phase cooling struck my mind. It still is kind of confusing to me so I am hoping some of you gentlemen could help me out.

What exactly is phase cooling and what does it use?
Is Vapochill a good phase cooling unit?
Is it good to use on a server?
Can it heat more than 1 processor?

Should I buy a Vapochill case or the single vapochill unit?

I'm willing to learn and educate myself on this topic with your help. Thank you.

phase change is an extreme method of cooling

the vapochill LS is a good unit but i would recomend doing a homemade. a vapochill wLS will get u about -10 but a hommade u should get -50

if u do get a LS then go to XS and get Chilli1 to mod it.

a phase change unit is best for a single cpu and if u want it to cool multiple things u will encounted problems cos of pressure and compression

Also be aware, that many CPUs have a "cold bug", which prevents them from overclocking/and or operating properly at very low temps.

OCZ is soom getting into the phase change business.

i read it on a site... somewhere (I read so dang many)... that they are bringing out their own phase change sometime this year (I think Q2).

Supposed to run around $200.

wow.. i just tried reading all of this... and i have no idea whats going on -_- ... the stuff on that forum is just too much for me...
