Thinking of getting a new Western Digital HD.
What are those ATA ratings? I see ATA100, 133, 150 and SATA.

What are they? and what is more important to me is....can I use anyone with my ASUS P4C800-E Delux? What is the fastest I could use?

You mean SATA150. ATA133 is the highest (P)ATA standard. You should check what your motherboard supports. ATA=IDE, so if it lists IDE in the specs you can use any ATA disk, but ATA133 are the fastest, so get those.
SATA150 is slightly faster and SATAII (3Gbps) is faster than SATA150, but the difference is not that big, so if you want to save money get an IDE disk.
