geforce fx5200 with 256mbs or ATI radeon 9600 with 128?

I just bought two graphics cards, one im gonna sell to a freind and one to keep. Il keep the better one. One is an ATI radeon 9600 with 128 mbs of memory, the other is a GeForce FX5200 with 256mbs. Ive heard that the radeon is better, but is it still better even with the lower amount of memory? help pleez!
