Ridiculously cheap x850xt?

On newegg, they have a "SAPPHIRE 100106SR-RD Radeon X850XT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail" for only 230 dollars.

Now, maybe im just being paranoid, because the OEM refurbished x850xt's are at LEAST 250, and the retail ones are usually 350+. So im kind of curious why this one is only 230. Thoughts?

Doesn't suprise me at all...considering Sapphire ships the x800GTO2 cores which are basically XTPE cores with a slower bios shipped with them for about $200

The X850XT is behind its time, its about time the price go down. X850XT thats more expensive than a 7800GT is a plain rip-off.
