How do you make your computer hibernate?

For WINDOWS XP:
Start Menu > Control Panel > Power Options
Select the Hibernate Tab > Check the Enable Box > Apply
Now to use hibernate, Start Menu > Turn Off Computer > Press the Shift Button
Standby will become Hibernate

I am suprised you haven't been banned yet.... Stop making stupid comments, you might have to restart in order for the settings to take effect, and a restart on shutdown may be a sign of corrupt drivers giving a BSOD that you don't see and force it to restart.
