Mobo help

I have a general idea of what i want but i'm looking for a slightly less expensive alturnitive.
Right now i'm looking at the MSI NForce 4 Platinum
I'm planning on using a AMD 64 3700, GeForce 7800 GT, 2gb DDR dual ch. RAM.
So.... the question....
Can you recamend a MOBO with similar stats to the one above that is cheaper but not a necicarily low quality? Maybe another brand like GigaByte...

MSI K8N Neo4-F
It's a very well known motherboard on these forums, and probably the best motherboard under 150$ for no overclocking.

another well trusted brand is ASUS, however, ASUS is quite expensive, the brand that i would like to point out is ASrock, they are ASUS' budget brand, i wouldnt normally recommend them but they are very good value and high quality if you are not OCing

Yah i'm not planning on OCing anything, so i'll look into both of those. Still looking for recamendations or seconds to these ones.
