I have a Toshiba Satelite A15 laptop and it was just working a few minutes ago.
Now, when I flip the screen on, I see a 'Toshiba" opening page then it blanks out and goes to:

"IDE #0 ERROR.
starting Windows....

Intel (R) Boot agent......

PXE E61 media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel boot agent

insert system disk in drive.
Press any key when ready."

I inserted a recovery disk and, ok.
Restarting Windows, then it goes to the same thing with IDE #0 error..
While it's doing this, there's a clickity sound coming from the upper left of the laptop like something's not catching (?)
Hardware or software issue? I'm thinking it's my hardrive that crapped on me.

Suggestions?

I can't even get to BIOS.
I think it's the hard drive. I'm going to try to hook it up to my desktop tomorrow and see if it's running.
