Yo!.. well, my name is Steve.. and im 16, and i finally got some cash to buy an average computer.. this computer will just be used to do regular stuff... internet, music... minor gaming... like cs 1.6.. well.. here it goes, if you think i should change something that is around the price range of the item.. thatd be great, i dont want to spend over 100+ bucks on a video card, cause all i play is cs 1.6 which a geforce 2 can run great.

That PSU is probably gonna fry your machine, try to get one from fortron since your on a budget.
You will want a better video card. If you get a 6600GT, which is much, much better than the 6200tc, you will be fine.
Both of these suggestions will bring you to about your max, but your computer will be much better.

Also, drop the floppy drive. It's gonna be useless. If you want to, just buy a cheap USB drive with like 64MB or memory for about the same price.

Yeah, you totally don't need a floppy, they're most of the way out already. If you want, you could put a multicard reader in it's slot. I've done that and it makes a nice function, and really does things to replace what floppies have done. Especially if you have a digital camera or something that uses cards. and you can use memory cards just for data transfer or whatever if you want. Flash memory is the new floppy.
