Ok this is kind of a hard choice for me.

I dont make any money at all, and I only get 2 dollars a day by my parents. This is my current system specs according to CPU-Z

AMD Athlon 3200+ Clawhammer @ 1.99 Ghz
Motherboard is ASUSTek nforce 3 MCP and it only supports AGP and PCI, no PCI-X, I have 1.5 GB of RAM to go with it, and the ram is PC2700 which is kind of old. Frequency on CPU-Z says 166.7 MHz
My Hard drive is pretty good, its a seagate 200 GB 7200 RPM Pro Series.
PSU: 350 Watt (Yeah I know)
My graphics card is a Radeon 9600 XT 256 mb.
Should i save up enough money for the eVGA 6800 GS CO
or, should i save up for a new mobo with ram and a 7800 GT, I think my processor is decent enough. I was an idiot when i bought this PC, its an HP, everything is at stock, exept the RAM, and the GFX card. Please help me

idn well i would go with the 7800GT b/c thats what im getting and as far as your mobo, i would go with a
DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard. they run for about $200 but have excellent FSB

Im not worried about 200 dollars but the problem is if i get a 7800 GT i might have to invest in a more powerful PSU and also RAM

You're going to need a psu reguardless.
Also, I don't think you'll be able to keep the cpu unless you want to stay at a socket 754.. if so then:
Motherboard:
DFI nF4X Infinity Skt. 754 - 80$

RAM:
Sell your current ram or something, and get this:
G.Skill Value 1GB Single Stick, PC3200 - 70$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231036

PSU:
Antec Smartpower 2 500W - 70$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103937

Video Card:
eVGA 7800GT 256Mb - 300$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130247

= 520$ in upgrades.

Or to hold you over for a while, you could just get this:

Fortron Source PSU - Really reliable and sturdy - 50$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817104954

6800GS AGP - Best AGP card out, definately a very good card - 220$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130002

= 270$ :D

In the first option, you would have a very nice computer with very reliable parts. But then again, if you're looking for something to hold you over for maybe a couple of years until you can get a new one, you should pick option 2 - either way you'll be gaming very well.

Nah sw_freak, if he's going to go Socket 939 anyway he shouldn't get the expert - they're buggy. If he wants to get a DFI socket 939 board, he should just go with a dfi lanparty ut nf4 board.

Thanks alot for the help, I think im gonna go with option two, I will be probably get it much faster, I've seen some pretty good CPUS on Ebay for $1,800 Here are the Specs:

AMD Athlon 64 3700+
2 GB OCZ RAM
eVGA NVidia 7800 GTX 256 MB
Forgot the motherboard
and they had x2 Raptors 7200 RPM 74 GB
with a 550 Watt PSU,
2x CD/DVD Burner Drives, A floppy drive, USB Drives, and an Ethernet Port?
what do you guys think

That's good but you could build one better.. also I don't see why you're now wanting to build a 1800$ one instead of just upgrading your current one for like 250$..
