Oh yeah i hope you arent using the PSU that comes with the case, because it sucks, you shuold read the thread on what to look for when upgrading/buying a new psu and read the sectino about PSU written by Ste.

is there a case that comes with a decent power supply or do u always have to buy an extra one...

- Get a PSU, at least 500W I'd say.

- I love that motherboard so I highly recommend it.

- Ram idk about.

- Video card is good.

- I'd go with my case...or something with a blow-hole on top.

- cpu, from what i've read the 3700+ overclocks better than the 3800+, and its much cheaper...depends what you want to do.

Case/Powersupply - The only case/power supply combo's you should trust with that system would be antec ones. Don't go with other ones, they just put junk in it.
So, I'd either go with one of these:

or

or just get a nice case and powersupply seperately:
'Some case you like here' or

edit; and no, I'm pretty sure the x2 3800 is better all around than the 3700 being dual core and such.

no i would go with the mobo you have now...i looked into the K8N-Neo4 myself and it didnt seem as expandable as your lanparty...i assume you are in this for gaming and SLI support? as far as the vid card i definately would suggest it. its great for OC-ing and works well with SLI
