Help!!

Just recieved the rest of my parts, and now the god damn thing wont start up. I have had it in my room, without memory or anything, and it always started up, but now its not doing anything! I have an atx mother board, but i am out of options, not sure if i should just take it in or not. I've double checked the plugs, everything looks right. any ideas?!

thats the thing, it was in my room, with missing peices, but it would start. But as soon as I put those 2 peices in, it wont start now. I've tried taking the mobo out, checking for grounding, still nothing, taking off the peices i put on, nothing. I dont know what it could be :/
