Its a display from the new quantum technology. They say to have new techniques for data storage and processing power. I think they claim to use optical technology but am not sure.

Basically a "quantum" computer utilizes all 64 quantum states of an atom. Currently, computers use only 2 quantum states, positive and negative, interperated as binary 1s and 0s, but a quantum computer uses 0-63. As a very basic example of how this increases calculation speed/storage instead of storing the number 63 as "111111" in binary by changing 6 consecutive HD sectors to positive or negative, it can instead store the number "63" by changing the state of the atom on the hard disk platter to the 64th quantum state, whatever its called.
