Problems installing Nero

Say I were to download Nero 7 and was having problems installing it, this is what the directions say to do

This package contains all you will need to create a FULL CDrom of either
Nero 7 Ultra Edition or Nero 7 Premium. v 7.0.1.2

The file ROOTCD.exe contains all the files common to both installations.
The file Ultra.exe contains the files to make the rootcd into an Ultra Edition.
The file Premium.exe contains the files to make the rootcd into Premium Edition.

Step1 - extract the 3 distributed files to 3 different folders.

Step2 - rename the folder extrated from the ROOTCD
Nero 7 Ultra Edition or Nero 7 Premium to either
Nero 7 Ultra Edition [or] Nero 7 Premium

Step3 - move the files from the matching archive to the ROOTCD folder
and allow overwriting of existing files. It is just overwriting folders.

Use Nero to create the cd. J

I'm on step 3 and don't know what files from which matching archive I'm supposed to move. Anyone know?
