IMHO, if I was to ever buy a P4, I would get 800 FSB, lowest clock speed.

Your power supply is kinda crap.. I think u should go with something higher, minimum 300, but I recommend at least 350.

other then that, everything looks fine xD

go with a 350 watt or greater PS (a good 1 very important.)
Video card is weak go with a 64 at least.For a few dollars more bump up the processor .

UPgrade PSU, VC, CPU. Like he said get 800fsb. It's worth it to spend a little more.

agreed, if you buy a computer like that right now.. it'll be so outdated by the end of this year (game wise) =p

I agree, the video card will not run current high requirement titles let alone ones which come out in the near future.
I think that would give the highest performance increase, other than that I would go for an Intel 865 or 875 chipset on the motherboard... I have heard good things about the Abit and Gigabyte ones.
The P4 2.0 is a bit slow but can be updated when you have more money if you buy a better motherboard now.

also, are there combatibility problems with it?

I prefer not to have anything integrated on the motherboard. I like to build systems with as much PCI that I can.
