i just want to know one thing is all this compatible with everything else in lehmans terms will this computer with all the components ive listed, boot up run windows and perform like a computer from a store that was prebiult.

I would suggest getting a PCI-express board, because it will be more future-proof. Newer video cards are and will not be AGP because its old technology. Get a pci-x version of that video card and you will be fine.
Dont go with the rosewill RAM, get some corsair valueselect. The corsair is better and will last longer.

what type of pci express the 16x or the 8x

PCI-e is 16x.. agp is 8x. But if u have an SLI pci-e board it breaks each slot up into 8x.
