$300 Mobo/Proc/Ram

I have $300 to spend and I was wondering what motherboard, processor, and memory would be the best upgrade deal. Im not looking for the best upgrade for my current system, but just the dest deal in general. I'll problably be ordering from newegg, but if there is a better place Im open for suggestions.

what about either of those.

2x256 MB Sticks will only take up space. Isnt it better to go with a 512 stick or a 1 gig one.

No dual channel is better then just 1 stick of Ram. Get this stuff:

I'd get this mobo because it has both agp and pci-x, so when you can keep the rig when you decide to upgrade your vid card.

Get a 512 stick of RAM so you can upgrade to 1 gig easier in the future and run in dual channel then, which would be better than 2x 256 + 512.
Get the AMD 64 3200 CPU
