[B]quick question about hard drive recovery[/B]

i have a hard drive that needs to be recovered as my machine crash and i lost both my hard drive and they are reading raw but the one i need most made 3 partitions that i didn't make i just want to know will i delete them before i recover and not format so that the drive still reads raw never did this before so any help will be great.

I dont understand the question to much. All I got is that you have 3 partitions and want to recover data

im using recover my files and its after setting my hard drives into 3 partitions i just want to know will i delete the partitions without formating the drive or will i be better off formatingt the drive.

if the partitions are still present try mounting and accessing them from a linux live-cd.

i put the hard drive into my bros mates computer as hes running linux os on his pc everything is there just gonna take a while to get back (all moto gp and wsb 2005)
