If you want to keep the G.SKill ram which i recommend switch the mobo either to a DFI UT NF4 ultra-D or a DFI UT NF4 Sli-DR

you forgot the sound card!

unless you are not concerned about onboard sound, then you might want to get an audigy 2 or x-fi musicxtreme. those are really great offers for their value... if you dont mind onboard sound, then i guess you could go with it. *note* onboard sound will suck up your cpu power

Switch the mobo for sure as Asus make crappy mobo's

My ASUS is running great, with out a single problem. I think its past amy not have been to the quality of intels, but it is alot better than my Abit AV8 3rd eye.
