hey, I was downloading some music videos, and out of nowhere this blue screen shows up, the technic information says:

*** STOP: 0x0000008E (0x0000005, 0xBF80460D, 0xF795E76C, 0x00000000)

*** win32k.sys - Address BF80460D base at BF800000, DateStamp 43446a58

and after restarting my computer, and sending the error report to Microsoft Support, the answer was that the mistake was probably originated at "HP Memories Disc Creator", the thing is that I don't have that program, or whatever it is. What's the real problem?

If this is the first time its ever happened, then its proabably nothing to worry about.

You could try running a repair to be on the safe side.

If it starts occuring more often we may have a problem though.

I recently had a BSOD, first time in over 6 months.
Though I knew the reason for mine, I was playing Farcry and UT2004 for 5+ hours and my GPU Overheated. :)
