Thank God!!! Man......public hanging seems reasonable to me!! Freedom comes with a price......monitoring child porn sites is "big brother"? If it is, then "Big Brother", in this context both legally and morally is a really good thing!!!

Once you have reformatted, the information remains on the hard drive but is not loacted anywhere else in your system.

this si a confusing statement.

Do i have to reformat in order to get it out of the rest of my comp? or is it always only in my harddrive?

What do you mean? i read about people getting charged for this ALL the time in my local papers ( i live in central canada)

They usually get charged when they are caught distributing / selling it. Or when they download it from a p2p network.

BTW: What ISP you using?

It is only on your hard drive. No other place. Just reforamt it and reinstall you operating system and forget about it and stay away from those sites!!!
