HP 4100c scanner problem

Hi
I am running Windows XP.
I have an old scanner, HP 4100c and I lost the driver CD.
I went to HP and I tried to download the driver, (windows 2000 driver was the closest I can get to Win XP).

I unzipped it and when I double click on the setup.exe, it refused to run.
Any help would be appreciated.
