Keyboard problem

The F keys on my keyboard are messed up...They all stand for different random keys(letters, numbers, even other F keys)...although every once in a while, they work. But then I restart and they stop working again. Any help?

Oh, and i've tried reinstalling the drivers.

Check the connector/pins at the rear of mobo.
Try another keyboard......... I just spent 3weeks troubleshooting a BIOS problem, because I didn't have another keyboard to substitute.
There is a micro-processor inside the keyboard, which can go bad.

Yeah, I tried a different keyboard, and it works. But then I reconnected the bad one and now that one works too. Thanks.

I would think your connector pins are loose or have poor connections .
Make a mental note...... I'm sure the problem will come back.
