Sending a 300MB file

which is the best and quicker way of sending a file of 300MB ... i aint trying MSN Messenger > 2KB takes long.. email cant.... is there a way i can ?

i have sent files over skype it usually takes like 3 hours for me for a 300meg file

rapidshare has a lot of clicks to get to your link, including a delay to show the link.

never used megaupload.

cut the file into 3 parts (100 MB each) and put the files into an rar file...
