One Last "Old Computer" Question

I recieved 2 computers today. Both work. Both have Win 95.
The one in question has a 5 pin keyboard input but NO mouse input.
There is a 9 pin male connector on the back. Is this for a mouse? Will an adapter work to make a "normal" mouse work with this?

my guess is that the keyboard would be an AT keyboard. you will probably need a serial mouse.

I used to have a serial to ps/2 converter for old mice but I havnt seen it for years. i just know they exist.
