spyware infection

my desktop says this: Spyware infection your system is infected with spyware. Windows recommends you to use a spyware removal tool to prevent loss of important data and increase system performance. Using this pc before having it cleaned from spyware threats is highly discouraged.

What should I do?

I ran ad-Aware se professional and I am ran Spybot Search & Destroy

When you ran the scan, did it find something called spyex? You need a removal tool. I forgot the name of it though. Please post the name.
