you didnt need a gig of ram. Computers over time just keep getting slower no matter what. It is recommended that you reformate like once every 6 months or so.

its called ccleaner (crap cleaner) and downloadable for free at www.ccleaner.com

dude this thing rocks it freed up 3 gigs on my hard drive by deleting like 1,000,000,000 tiny *** files. i know 3 gigs dont sound like much but when you only have a 40gig hard drive it really counts

crap cleaner does work really good. i was suprised that it didnt contain spyware, because most free programs do these days..

I just reformatted and now it goes even faster thanx guys and I got an xfx geforce 6600 256mb!!!

whenever you plug an internet cable/wireless adapter into your computer, expect 1/2 the performance in a few days

moral lesson: INTERNET $#!t$ your computer... mine ran a lot faster before i got internet, but oh well
