Okay, so I am preparing to build my first computer. Tell me what you think of the specs:

So I have a few questions. First, are all these parts compatible? Second, the case I have is designed a little weird. Here is a picture of the inside:
Some of the components are switched around and I'm wondering if this will be a problem for me when I build it. I read some reviews that said beginner builders should not use this case as it will cause extra frustration, but supposedly this case allows for better air flow and is very good all around. Thoughts?
