my old workstation wont boot up.

i got an P4 2.8@3.4 ,Abit IC7 MAX3,1G OCZ pc3700 rev.2 with 9800pro as my Server/Workstation
For some reason , since last night , it got nothing showing up on my screen ,after i press restart. then can't even boot up !!

WTF is going on !!
Some one help me please !!!

Whats your OS and can you do a system restore?F8 upon booting set system to earler time.

my mom try to clean my room for me .however, she ****ed up

turn on the pc and observe whether or not there is hdd activity or beep codes. check the vid card is seated properly perhaps remove and reseat it. check the ram is seated properly. if this fails start trying to rule out damaged ide drives.
