After christmas, I finally have enough money to buy a low range computer woo!
Okay, if you have the time it would be cool if you could help me out, I have built 2 computers for my friends, and have read up about the brands and such, so here goes...
Need it to be around $800 dollars, cannot go over.
I will you use this computer ALMOST 100% for gaming and wil be doing NO overclocking to it.
I'm a fan of AMD CPUs and that's what I have experience with, so one of those would be good (I heard venice core was nice although it seemed to bo for overclocking, I will be doing absolutely NO overclocking.)
For Video card I was thinking the an NVidia (Possibly 6600GT? heard it was best bang for it's buck, but maybe I could get something better?)
I would like ANY kind of RAM that is a nice price and will last a while (1.5-2 gigs for mmorpgs that are RAM reliant)
For a motherboard I hear DFI is the best although it may be a tad expensive for the zero overclocking I am doing.
I already have a case picked out that costs about $60, so it actually takes the budget down that much, although I may be able to use the included PSU when building http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811208005
I don't need too much HDD storage, maybe around 160 gigs, but it should be fast.
Everything else I don't think I have an opinion about although it would be nice to hear the reason why you pick parts.
Thanks for your time. =)
