disk 0, hard drive wont load

alrighty heres how it went, i was just playing unreal tournament blah blah blah then mad lag realized it was my ping, sat there for a lil bit coudnt figure out why, so i decided ill just restart. well computer starts to boot then RAWR explorer.exe cant b found, i was like what?? cant find windows?? reluctantly i resatart again , i get this black menu f1 to skip f2 for bios ... in the bios nothing seemed outa place so i just exited went back onto restart then after this litte i got like diskette 0 cant b read strike f1 or f2 again... after going back over the the bios again i get a blue screen on death. it reads off: a problem with your comp has been detected windows is shutting down for safty. if this is the 1st time just restart if not foll the steps....check for viruses(how am i to do that i cant get in) remove newly installed hard drives or controlers and make sure hard drive is configured correctly

in the black screen it also reads off, diskette drive 0 "seek failure" idk what any of this means..
