Comp Upgrade What to BUY!?! HELP!!

Im lookin to upgrade my pc and i can do everything fine its just i dont know whats good, ive been busy getting my A+ cert. and i dont know whats good anymore!!... Heres what i need

Motherboard~ Price range $0-$175 or so
4 ddr slots
socket 939
ATX of course
PCI-Ex16
SLI ready incase i need it later

Processor~ 0-300$ Thinkin of Manchester 3800+
AMD 64
minimum of 1ghz FSB
Cool if Dual core

Memory~0-150$
1GB
Timeing as low as possible
pc3200 / ddr 400


i Just have no clue where to look : /

Would be cool if you could show me where to get it to

I'd say the same cpu, but this mobo instead Mobo
and then get 2gb dual channel like this ram
I was kinda lazy on the ram, might find a better 2x 2gb setup w/ lower latancy if you look around.

might try dropping the board down to the K8N SLiK8N SLi
Just try to fit everything into your budget.

Im guessing he wants to do some overclocking as he wants low latency RAM. If so, why would he want an Abit board when he can get a DFI one which are much better for overclocking?

i would say to not get an SLi motherboard, theres a whole sticky about SLi and how it has a bad priceerformance ratio.. check it out. i think one 7800GTX would be good enough.
