Where did you get this board? Did you flash it with the latest BIOS, there should be an option where it lets you select if you want to manually set those things or auto.
It's a cpu overclocking utility that you can use directly off of Windows as long as the board or the cpu haven't locked overclocking functions. Just extract everything to one folder and run the exe.
I'm already using the ai boost thing and it's so unstable. I can't get any higher than 2.42 on my amd 4200+. The option is THERE but i can't highlight it in the bios. Does this mean it's locked? I got the board from newegg.
Is there an option near the top that has a choice for "Manual Overclocking" or something? Usually the overclocking options are greyed out so that people don't accidentally screw something up. You may have to enable them with some sort of option on that same screen.
